We ask clients to inspect the completed cleaning and pay their bill before the cleaner leaves. Once the client’s payment is confirmed, we’ll send your earned pay as quickly as possible, typically the same day. Timing may depend on payment processing.

Please contact our office before leaving. We’ll follow up with the client and help resolve the payment. Cleaners should not be expected to handle a payment dispute on their own.

If a client requests a discount or compensation because of a late arrival, missed area, no-show, or another issue, we’ll investigate what happened first. If the concern is confirmed and an adjustment is appropriate under the agreed job terms, we’ll explain it to you before making any adjustment to your pay. We’ll consider your account of what happened as part of the review.

If parking is paid, let us know and provide the parking details or receipt. The parking cost will be added to the client’s final bill and passed on to the cleaner who paid it.

No. You can review the schedule, location, and job details before accepting. Accept only the jobs you can complete as agreed. Once you confirm a job, please honor the commitment or contact our office promptly if an emergency prevents you from attending.

Contact our office and follow the instructions provided for that booking. If the client cannot be reached and the cleaning cannot proceed, a cancellation fee may be charged under the client’s booking terms. When collected, 60% goes to the cleaner and 40% to the agency.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. If an emergency comes up, contact our office as soon as you can. We’ll review the situation and, when possible, arrange a replacement cleaner or reschedule with the client.

If a cleaner cancels after confirming a job without a valid reason, we’ll investigate and discuss the situation with them. A client cancellation fee may apply for the inconvenience, subject to the agreed terms.

Contact our office as soon as you can. We’ll work with you to inform the client and look for a replacement or a new appointment time. We’ll consider the circumstances fairly.

You may receive $10 at the end of the month for each successful cleaner referral. A referral is considered successful when the person you refer has professional cleaning experience, works with us, and receives positive feedback or continues accepting jobs. We’ll confirm eligibility before issuing the reward.

Contact our office and share the details. If an area was missed or the work needs attention, we may ask you to return and complete a reclean. We’ll review the concern and coordinate with both you and the client.

Your safety comes first. Leave the home if you feel at risk, contact emergency services or the police if needed, and notify our office as soon as it is safe to do so. We will review the situation with you. If a safety-related cancellation fee is collected from the client, it will go directly to the cleaner.

Yes. Cleaners are responsible for bringing the supplies, materials, and equipment they need for each accepted job. We can recommend commonly used products and a complete supply kit. You may use other suitable products, but you are responsible for the products and equipment you choose to use.

Yes. Take clear before-and-after photos of the areas you clean, following the instructions for the job. Photos help document the condition of the home and the work completed. They also protect you if a concern or claim comes up later. If photos are missing, we may need to investigate using the information available.

No one else may enter a client’s home with you unless our office has approved it in advance. If an additional person is approved, you are responsible for their conduct and for following the client’s instructions and our requirements. Never bring an unapproved person to a job.
